The Deep Grain Board is crafted from contrasting maple and walnut, arranged in a striking end-grain pattern that puts the natural character of the wood front and center. Light maple cuts through deep walnut tones, creating a bold surface filled with texture, movement, and natural variation.
Its end-grain construction offers a durable cutting surface while showcasing the unique growth patterns of each piece of hardwood. A routed perimeter groove adds everyday function and gives the board a clean, substantial finish.
Hand-finished to deepen the natural tones and highlight every detail of the grain, no two boards are exactly alike.

Care & Maintenance
Board Care & Maintenance
To keep your cutting and charcuterie boards looking their best for years to come, regular care is essential. After each use, gently wipe your board with a damp cloth and mild soap—never soak or put it in the dishwasher. To nourish the wood and prevent drying or cracking, we recommend applying a food-safe wood wax every few weeks.
We offer our own handcrafted Board Wax, made in small batches using natural beeswax and coconut oil. This rich blend deeply conditions the wood, enhances its natural grain, and creates a protective barrier against moisture. Simply rub a small amount onto the surface, let it absorb, and buff with a clean cloth.
A little care goes a long way—treat your board well, and it will serve you beautifully for years to come.
